Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be fully satisfied with your Parlez purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items. All products must be returned in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags and labels are still attached to the garments.

• 3.
  Ship the Parcel

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
